Schedule a Consultation with Dr. Platis

There is a $75 consultation fee for a visit with Dr. Platis at his Northwest, Indiana and Chicago plastic surgery offices that gets applied toward your procedure cost. If you would like to have your consultation fee waived you may have a brief phone consultation with his patient coordinator Kate before your office visit with Dr. Platis. During the phone consultation Kate will discuss your concerns, answer any questions you may have and give you an estimate for your procedure(s). If Kate is not available when you schedule your consultation with Dr. Platis you should still schedule your appointment with him and she will call you before your office visit for your phone consultation.
