This procedure is often combined with a breast augmentation. It can be performed on women with any size breasts. Techniques for this procedure vary but one of the most common procedures involves an anchor-shaped incision. Excess skin is removed and the areola is lifted to a higher position. Techniques requiring fewer incisions may be available in some cases, and Dr. Platis wil be sure to inform you of all your options. The result is higher, firmer breasts.

Recovery:

You will be sore but up and about in a day or two. You can probably return to work in about a week.
